Full time employees include 3 shareholders (all professional researchers serving clients directly), 7 researchers, 3 data analysts (2 of whom are degreed statisticians), 3 field operations personnel, 2 data capture supervisors and 3 support staff (finance, reception and dispatch).

Contract operatives include face to face interviewers, telephone interviewers, coders, editors, back-checkers and data capturers.
